Persona 3 FES Floor Glitch

I've been getting this problem where the floor turns multicolor whenever I get into a new room, this happens on the rooms and the school mainly. The shadows are also non-existent most of the time and when they do appear they look pretty bad. It gets fixed when I close the game and I open it again but the problem appears again when I get into a new room.

I'm using a WideScreen patch and have tried several things but nothing has worked out yet.

I believe it's either the Alpha or Alpha stencil hack that's required for this

I found the source of the problem! The shadows thing was getting weird because the Alpha Hack was activated and the floor colors thing was because of the Half-Pixel Offset hack.
