Persona 3 Fes Velvet Room Glitch
#1
Hi so I installed a 60fps cheat and then I went into the velvet room and this happened. Where my player was on a chair and another copy the one I am controlling can freely move around but not interact with anything. I even uninstalled the 60fps cheat as well and it is still happening, so I do not know what is happening.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here

What do you mean reinstall the game entirely ? you mean replace the ISO with a fresh one ? 60fps cheats corrupt the ISOs ? please elaborate.

Patch may corrupt something in the game variables that carries through the save files. I have encountered similar issues by having too many cheats (in a different game) and then having a permanent graphical glitch carry through the saves. In my testing with the same game (NOT Persona), creating (and saving) new game without cheats didn't display same behavior.

So to make sure everything works like new(before cheats) All I have to do is delete the virtual memory cards and create new ones ? or should I also check the ISOs for corruption using MD5 checksums ?

I believe this is actually caused by getting the debug patch that allows you to move between floors on tartarus because the stairs break at 60 fps
