Persona 3, character portaits distorts when blinking

Once in a while a character will blink and the portrait will change to show the change but in my case it looks like this - http://i.imgur.com/XQhr93h.jpg

In GSdx, change texture filtering to the shaded box instead of full tick (this will filter only 3d, not 2d).

Oh thanks it worked! Shaded box basically means half working?

Full check means bilinear filtering gets applied to both 3d and 2d textures. Shaded means only 3d textures get it(e.g. textures that go on polys) and 2d ones don't(e.g. sprites like the portraits).
