Persona 3 is slow, even after I mess around with settings.

When a cut-scene or the characters are just talking in Persona 3 it is really slow making it hard to see fights or the cut-scene. I've messed around with the settings it helped a little bit, but not as much as I would like.

Yes, I know very well how that performs. You've also heard me rant endlessly about it. We couldn't even get a N64 emu to run to run at full speed.
