Persona 3 ( not fes ) and 4 character appearance didn't show up

Sad 
I have play persona 3 and persona 4 and i notice that the character appearance doesn't change when i put on armor that can change character appearance. I'm not sure it's the emulator or my laptop was the problem or maybe i just need to play more but I'm pretty sure that's not the reason. Will someone at least check it out cuz i feel annoying bcs the character appearance doesn't change. My laptop has intel core i5 gen 6 and running default intel graphic card. Thank you...

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
