Hey, i finished setting up pcsx2 yesterday and wanted to play some persona 4. However, when i run the game it seems to be locked at 50fps instead of 60. Sometimes it would go to 60, but the game would speed up all the music and stuff. Is that normal? I have a gtx770 and am running these video plugin settings; Renderer: Open GL (Hardware) Interlacing (Auto) Scaling 6x native, Shade Boost enabled, fxaa enabled, fx shader enabled, texture filtering enabled, edge AA enabled, and MSAA 4x.

are you playing the European version.

PAL (European) versions are locked to 50Hz. This was the television standard at that time... (I guess it is still like that but now we have digital television as well)

you can still change the value for the Fps lock at pcsx2_vm.ini file.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.
