Persona 4 Cheat Trouble

I'm trying to get cheats working for Persona 4 and it doesn't seem to be working.  Here's what I got so far.

Enable Cheats is checked in PCSX2 1.4.0

Using Code Breaker cheats for Persona 4  (file name is  Persona_4    in case that matters)

Converted the codes to PCSX2 format hopefully.  here they are:

And the cheat file is a pnach file titled with the game's crc code, which is  DEDC3B71


However, all of that said and done, they cheats don't seem to be working.  Am I missing something?

Just turned on the game again to test those changes, but it didn't seem to work still
