So I fixed everything with it not running at 60fps, but now there will be occasional dips in framerate from 60 down to 45. Whenever this happens, the audio lags and glitches aswell. Any fixes? Again, running a gtx 770 with these settings (Speed Hacks turned off) Renderer: Open GL (Hardware) Interlacing (Auto) Scaling 6x native, Shade Boost enabled, fxaa enabled, fx shader enabled, texture filtering enabled, edge AA enabled, and MSAA 4x.

turn on speed hacks and turn down the scaling to 4x if you're on a 1080p monitor

I'd personally just turn off the MSAA if you're running 6x native. That could fix your problem.

you could use the recommended speedhacks like MTVU hack and the others. (hoping that you have a equivalent powerful processor compared to your GPU). also, use the DX11(hardware mode) and check whether it is faster than the OpenGl backend.
