Persona 4 Flickering Issue

I'd first say that I apologize in advance if this issue has been brought up a lot before, but I cannot find a thread to help me fix this issue.

So Persona 4 is working fine, very little slow down during cut scenes and the audio seems good. The problem is that at almost all times except in combat, there are objects textures popping and flickering, and shadows flickering. During the start of the game when igor starts talking his lower jaw disappears and various shadows start flickering. When the MC meets Dojima various parts of the MC body is transparent and shadows flicker when people move and such.

so here are my specs

AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor 3.0GHz
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
4GB DDR3 RAM
Raedon HD 6870 1GB

Edit: Sorry, I forgot that I am using the newest released version of PCSX2

You're using very old plugins there, why do you even have them?

Just use the ones that came with PCSX2 0.9.8 (GSdx r4600 and the others r4600 too).

Hmm, didn't even notice that. I forgot that I was messing around with the plugins earlier, my bad.
