CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
Plugins used: All default plugins for 1.4.0
Description: On bootup, the game fails to repond to any button inputs, barring Turbo. However, loading up a PCS2X save state causes controls to work as expected. This same issue was also observed with Persona 3 FES. Both games previously had functional control schemes.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
