Persona 4 best settings

Hi guys, I'm sure you've recieved a bunch of questions on how to run the best settings for Persona 4 but everyone's computer is different so here we go :-P:
My model is a Dell N5050
My rating is a 4.5 Windows Experience Index
My processor is an Intel Pentium CPU B950 2.10GHz 2.10GHz
Ram is 4.00 GB
And it is a 64 bit system

I'm looking for a speed that is pretty perfect, I don't mind lag here and there but each time I try changing the settings its either too fast or too slow. Please help out :-P

that cpu is not going to get you best results. but...ee timing to 1, vu cycle stealing to 2, native resolution, hardware mode.

You will get alot of slowdowns in Persona 4 with monsters that are white/rainbow or the rare golden hands. Not to mention that you get massive slowdowns when you sit at Junes with your friends. I had this aswell with my old AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+.
