Persona 4 - controls not recognized

Hi, first time posting here.

I am trying to play Persona 4 but I can't get past the title screen (the one with the "press any button" screen). I tried every button possible but I'm not able to do so. It was working on the same settings on Persona 3 FES that I played the same hour I tried to play Persona 4. Attached is my emulog.

PC Specs are:

Intel i3-7100
4GB ram
NVIDIA GT730 2GB
