Ok so I had been playing the game normally, able to save and load and everything just fine for the first day of playing. The next day whilst in the midst of saving my game, it froze on me. I exited the program, tried to get back to my loaded game, and it froze again, and since then it hasn't been able to load/save at all without freezing as it's trying to read the memory card.

Sounds like the memory card file became corrupted, or something glitched on the hard drive
Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i7-10700
Geforce RTX 2060 6GB
32 GB DDR4 RAM

What chapter and location did you save in?

Try deleting your save in BIOS and then start a new game again! can it work?!
Because it seems to me that in the memory card this is already a damaged save

you could create another memcard and transfer your save onto it
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Chapter 3, I was on Parum savescumming my weapon upgrades and it just, stopped working. In terms of transferring my save to a new card as was mentioned here as well, how exactly does one go about doing that? I'm hoping to not simply end up erasing all my progress, as I'm quite the grindy type of player.

it seems to be a problem with the emulator reaching the memory card.
