Hey there, I've been trying for 3 days straight to get this resolved to no avail. I've read tutorials. and i still cant grasp it.

^ is what i need.
i have a pnach with all of this listed, but im unable to figure out how to change and implement the item i need.
videos, tutorials with all the different converters, tools, i cant wrap my head around.
I humbly request the proper coding and implementation to game steps. Please, Thank you.

Thank you for replying. Game title is Sega Ages 2500 Volume 17 Phantasy Star 2 Generations 2 , however iso is PSGEN2-beta_0_8
 i placed
//Item 5 enhancer
patch=1,EE,20247B24,extended,00000AA

in multi converter, pointed at pcsx game folder.
CRC :F1130528
gametitle=PSGEN2-beta_0_8*

//patch=1,EE,20247B24,extended,00000AA

*also tried instance of game title=sega one over iso title and still notta.

placed pnach file in documents\ pcsx \cheats, still nothing. Not sure where i went wrong.

Make sure you remove // in front of patch=1

i did remove// . And im not sure if any other code works ive been trying to just get this one game breaking item. Otherwise i gotta go back some 20 hrs gametime. Migraines keep forming trying to figure this out.  :/

Try a simpler code that you can see an immediate effect like a money code.
Make sure the file is F1130528.pnach and NOT named F1130528.pnach.txt

Thank you! im not exactly sure on how what i did was right compared to before. Been using prebuilt pnach just cleared all other codes and implemented your revised one, wouldn't work. reloaded original prebuilt and tested just inf money, worked. so instead of getting rid of everything just amendied the item section with your code and worked. So thank you again for bearing with me. Cheers
