Play FF XII Lag & Slow

Hi, I'm a new user to PCSX2, just finish downloaded pcsx2 1.2.1 and ff-XII iso file(NTSC) yesterday. I followed the official pcsx2 1.0.0 configuration guide on youtube to setup my pcsx2 1.2.1, but while I start to play, the game gets slow and laggy, please help me... I'll post all my setting here, comment please...
