Oh I see. Well I already removed the black screen thing in FFX-2 by reading one of your reply in other threads. I change it into software. But I'm just thinking. When I was in battle, my fps is only 30. Though I change it to hardware or software. Nothing happens.

About that last, you may have the Vertical sync enabled in your video driver control panel. If the game can't achieve a FPS => the vertical sync the driver force a slower FPS it can manage to synchronize, normally it is half the nominal vsync rate.

the Vsync can be forced off in the video driver control panel, doing so may help not only PCSX2 as any other game. The only penalty is in some rare cases the image may present a shift on certain zones. Anyway you can always set it on again if some application need it.
