I'm sorry to say but your PC was much to slow to run GoW. You can try enabling speedhacks, Looking on the Wiki set VU cycle stealing to 2, and enable all recommended speedhacks.
Also, run Native
Intel Core i7-8700k @5ghz

Windows 10 x64

so the only solution was upgrading my graphic card. :3 tnx !!! i'll try .
how do i upgrade my graphic card? cause i'm not that good in computers..

I don't think the graphics is enough.
for GOW to run any decent and good looking you'd might need a more recent dual or quadcore processor with atleast 3 Ghz or better up to 4 Ghz and a more recent graphics card. that way you'd need a completely new computer from this year or maybe for budget from last year.
buying a graphics card only is kinda pointless. the rest would keep up with it. you'd still be only to play games in like lowmed. so a half baked graphics is a waste.
better save some and buy a completely new computer later.
