Please help!! Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 Format Disc?

Hi guys, I really, really need help. I am running a bios I downloaded from the internet, (Silent Hill 4), and it gives me the loading screen but says "Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 Format disc. I really just want to play, not have to deal with this. I am not using a physical disc but an ISO. Please help!

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
