Please help me. freezing 1-3 seconds then resume

Operating System - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Video Card - Intel® HD Graphics (Core i7)
RAM- 4gb
cpu name - Intel® HD Graphics
Cpu Speed - 2.2ghz ( 4 logical threads)

i always have 50-60 fps but it is freezing 1-3 seconds then resume again. im using laptop. please help me
