What about video card? Yes you can run PCSX2 for sure Smile Not sure about games tho
Do right click on your desktop wallpaper,then select Screen Resolution ,after that hit Advanced settings in the middle of screen,finally say what you have(adapter type)

Not sure about liberty city stories ,but you can play some games for sure. Select DirectX 10 video plugin in PCSX2 and 1st read and watch all this :
