Pls. help configure for tekken 5

gud day.. this is my first post so i hope you will guide me in this forum..
so this is my inquiry.. I need suggestions on the configuration of pcsx2..
i can run it but with a really low frame rate. Here is my laptop's specs:

windows vista home premium
hp pavilion dv5 Notebook PC
AMD Turion X2 Dual Core Mobile RM 70 2.00 GHz
3.00 GB Ram
ATI radeon HD 3200

I would like to play the game above in a decent frame rate.I would really appreciate it if you will give a link to me of a full-configured emulator that will fit my needs. Thanks in advance.

With those specs you won't be able to play it in a decent frame rate no matter how you configure PCSX2. I barely have a decent frame rate with my specs, and on some levels the FPS drops below 35.

you comp is quite week so i think you wont get higher the 20-40 fps
first download newest pcsx2 check all speed hacks, in gsdx set it to native

and please don't ask for links to pre-configured or otherwise "enhanced" pcsx2 versions, such links are often used to spread malware. download pcsx2 and its plugins only from the official sources and use the configuration guide for a basic start into this app.

I have a slow pc too, but Tekken 5 runs on my crap machine about 69-76 fps ingame.
Using XP Gamer Edition SP3
Configuration:

D3D Internal res: DX9, 1020x1020
ZeroSPU2 r1390 0.4.6: Default
CPU: EERec ON, VUrec0 ON, VUrec1 ON, microVU0 ON, microVU1 ON, MTGS ON, Normal (0)
GameFixes: None
SpeedHacks: EE x2 Cycle Rate, IOP x2, VU Status Flag Hack ON, VU Cycle Stealing turned to max
Advanced: EE Сhop/Zero, Normal, FtZ ON, DtZ ON; VU Chop/Zero, None, FtZ ON, DtZ ON

for best picture, turn progressive scan in options menu (ingame)
