Pluggins dont stay configured

Ive gone threw a few times and every time i start up it tells me that it needs to be configured.

not quite sure what I'm doing wrong

Right click on pcsx2.exe and select 'Run as administrator' (Vista / Windows 7 only) and/or install PCSX2 on a folder you have rights to write (like My Documents)

ah had looked for FAQ's but only found the guide thank you for pointing that out.
and i should have known Windows7 was the issue from the start
