"Plugin load failure" Error

I just downloaded and unzipped 0.9.6 and wanted to configure it, but every time I open the Configuration menu (and again when I select the BIOS directory), I get this error:

Plugin load failure: C:\Mine\PCSX2\plugins\ZeroGS.dll
SysLibError Message: <NULL>

I can't find any threads concerning errors in ZeroGS.dll (which is in the plugins folder; 4,706 KB, Last Modified 2/19/2009 5:10 PM). How do I solve this problem and finally select a BIOS?

You need to update your DirectX:
