Plugins not detected

I downloaded a plugin and put it in plugins folder but it won't show up in Pcsx2 Components selector. I uninstalled and reinstalled Pcsx2 but it didn't help. I have version 1.6.0. Any ideas?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
