It's not 1.5.0 specific.
As I sad,MultiConver uses Omniconvert but adds few extras.

If the game is currently running(on which you want to make a pnach file),the program will also get the crc and the game name once you click on the Load button(if pnach file exist in the cheats folder,it will load it)and it will also save the file to the correct location
