Pnach Help

Hello,
First I would like to start by apologizing if this thread is not in the correct spot, I was unsure of where to post it exactly so this is where I am putting it.

Ok now to get to my issue. I have a .pnach file that has the cheats in it. When I load into Pcsx2 the program log sees the file and says that it has loaded all of the cheats. Now the issue is when I get into the game the cheats are not active at all. I am not sure what could be causing whatever is happening, so any info would help.

This is everything exactly how it is inside the .pnach file:

Again, if anyone has any kind of info on what could be wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are cheats enabled? (Find that in the System menu)

yes I have cheats enabled, and the .pnach I have for Kingdom Hearts 1 works but for some reason KH2 doesnt =/
