Possible problem with hardware

So,shortly my pc specs are amd 965 overclocked at 4 ghz,4 gb 1333 ram in dual channel and sapphire hd 7750 video card but whenever i try to run any game on pcsx2 i get unstable fps rate,it jumps from 50 to 30... i use gsdx sse2 with default settings,and the latest usa bios (10/02/2006)... Mainly i want to run at solid frame rate gran turismo 4,can someone help me figuring it out? Thanks

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

your cpu is a tad weak to run GT4 at full speed mate.
