Some forum glitch bugged them. They are still accessible directly by using a link like this:
http://forums.pcsx2.net/attachment.php?aid=999 where 999 is the ID of your attachment. You can also find your attachments on your control panel

Hey guys, i´m looking for some cheats for Gran Turismo 3. i have the following: Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec (PAL-M5) [SCES-50294]

I´ve tried those pnach:
