I converted the codes from AR MAX to Raw with Max Converter v0.71 and made them into a pnach file with PCSX2CE.

The problem is that the console shows they loaded the cheats, and my cheats are enabled, but they aren't working. None of them work across any of the above stated games, in fact. I hope someone can help me see what it is that I did wrong.
