im playing suikoden V NTSC and i try every method but still cant use cheat at all...can someone help me??

this is what it say

This time it is a highly abbreviated Code for World, Character and Rooms Brightness.
The Effect should be 100% the same as the long Code which you will find in the patch.
There should be no dark Rooms, Places and Areas in the World.

The only difference I found - when Jack goes into the shadow, it does not become shaded with new version of code. With the old version, colors change as usual.

And both codes turn off colors' changing of the environment depending on the time of day. Therefore, even at late night, the environment and characters on it will be sanctified by the midday sun, when the sky is deep blue and in the stars.

Oh, thanks.I didn't notice that with the Shadow.Then i would prefer to use the abbreviated Code if it is not darken Jack.
I think i have updated my Valkyrie Profile 2 Patch the last time.Now if you press Start and L3 together in Battles it
will always end it with "Purification Complete" and you will get Crystals if you have killed at least one Enemy, even if
it is not the Leader.

Here is another Code for Radiata Stories which declares your Party as Winner in Battles when you press the Select-Button.
Hope it works for you as well.

I did not notice any problems with work of this code.

Troubles can be if using it in very beginning of fight - in that case party does not get EXP, Dagols and Acquired items. And if kill several opponents, than party got loot only for and from killed ones.

OK.
And you can now beat Ridley Silverlake at the very beginning in the Colosseum which normally never possible i think
but in the following Cutscene we see that Jack has actually lost the Battle Might be a proof that Jack can never win this Battle.

One could assume it is a build-in Cheat which could be somehow unlocked in the Game itself  
Now to finish a Battle with Purification Complete you have to first press "Start", then "Select" and finally
to press "Start" again.Hope it works for you as well!

I ran this code through several battles, including plot ones. They all ended without problems. If do not kill at least one enemy before using the code, the party will not gain experience and money. And crystals will be given only for a quick victory. Also, this code is enabling much easier - the keys to enter it can be pressed with a second delay and it will work on the first try. The previous version - with simultaneously pressing of Start and L3 - no matter how I tried to press the keys, but everytime worked only from the second or third time.

Well, the game freezes if save only this code in .pnach file and deleting all the others - including protection disabling.

Yes, of course it freezes when you remove protection disabling code.I was only referring to the Button Press-Order "Start-Select-Start".
That's better than to press Start + L3 together and it is a more neat way to finish abruptly the Battle.
