You can find a pnach file for Dynasty Tactics 2 SLES-51867 in the pack, Dynasty Tactics SLES-51265 you can try the pnach file, if you can provide the crcs for the games i will add them to the pnach, you can find the crc in the qt versions righ click mouse button over game name and in the menu properties copy the crc.

Glad the cheat works fine.

The new cheat format and options are very useful, thanks to Stenzek for creating the new system it will take a while but i will convert the old files to the new format and the format for file name will be the same as the old ones.

You can also check my GitHub repository dedicated to Burnout 3, I made new cheats for the game for almost all regions, such as:

• Enable an hidden development menu, which has an "Unlock All" option
  
• Speedometer HUD unit patches (mph->kph & kph->mph)
  
• Heavyweights class always available in garage (ported, original SLUS patch made by escape209)
  
• Allow heavyweights class to be chosen in all online game modes (all players must enable it)
  
• Allow online games to be started even you're the only player in the lobby
  
• AI road rage behavior in normal races
  
• Turn all cars (except traffic) into tuk-tuks
  
• Enable non-takedown burnout points in road rage mode
  
• Force standing start in offline modes
  
• Change deformation impulse scale (set the float value of your choice on line 6, current value is default)

(Also I found out that you have to disable the MS3 cheats first before the MS3 ROM is completely loaded, and I also found a bug in MS4 cheats, if your cheats are enabled you will get softlocked while encountering the final boss.)

The ps2 games that are compilations of more than one game can have problems with cheats, now using the new cheat system you can disable some cheats that breaks the game,  in ms4 maybe only works with some codes, you can always make a save before the problem and enable only some codes infinite lives or invincible in the final boss
