Does someone here perhaps have a max/infinite SP cheat for Suikoden V? I didn't even have that sort of cheat prior to the overhaul of the cheat system, so it may not even be a thing.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone! I am new to all this but I could figure out how all of the stuff that have to do with cheats and pnaches work but there is a particular cheat that I am trying to figure out how to convert it from the ntsc-u version to the ntsc-j one and I can't understand what I am doing wrong so If anyone could help, it would be great.Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help with this!

So I have been trying to change this from FFXII SLUS_20963 0779FBDB:

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas and New Year. 

I noticed that the gameplay in Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance works perfectly, but the some cutscenes are slow down. When I set the EE Cycle rate to 60%, the cutscenes work fine, but in some places the framerate in the gameplay decreases.

My question is whether it is possible to make a patch so that all settings are by default with D3D11, but only during cutscenes the EE Cycle rate is set to 60%, and when returning to gameplay it returns to 100% (default).

A patch which would 'force' the game to only play the BGM, no voices nor SFX.
