It's shown in the console log window, for example Tekken 4 shows this:
ELF (cdrom0:\SLUS_203.28;1) CRC=0x833FE0A4, EntryPoint=0x00180088

The CRC is what you need, just ignore the 0x part and the pnach should be called 833FE0A4.pnach
