Notes: with Fraps i get really big fps drop, so i had to close almost everything in background (exclude explorer and antivirus), but without Fraps i do not get any lag at all. Also sound ingame isn't bugged, seems i have problems with using Fraps...
Game boots and first level is playable with default settings from a fresh PCSX2 install, enabling a few speed hacks provided a small FPS increase and didn't crash the part of the game that I played through once without hacks.
Frame rate varied from 10-26FPS on my machine depending on what was in view. Videos and menus seem perfect, as do most of the 2D elements (including particle effects). Lots of in-game graphical bugs, mostly relating to garbled or misplaced textures and transparent geometry. Switching from GSDx to does not make much of a difference as ZeroGS suffers the same graphical issues, but to a slightly (and I stress slightly) lesser extent. On GSDx I have only tried it in DX10 mode. GSDx was set to render at the PS2's native resolution and I did not try to render at a non-native resolution.
The last build of PCSX2 I tried this game on was the official 0.9.6 release and it crashed after loading the first level, so something has changed since then to allow it to go in-game. Beta 1059 is the first build I've tried that goes in-game with this. I ran the game from my DVD drive using my retail game disc.
I didn't fiddle around with PCSX2's options too much, so a better configuration for this game may be possible.
I had to run this game with GSDx set to render at the PS2's native res otherwise it would crash upon boot (wouldn't even get into the menus). Graphics corruption is present in the form of corrupted or missing textures, geometry not being drawn and corrupted shadows.
None of the speed hacks I tried broke the parts of the game that I played (first three areas of the game) and provided a significant overall FPS boost. I had all of the speed hacks on including the experimental ones present in Beta 1059 (VU Cycle Stealing set to second level - "Moderate speedup for 3D Geometry"). Without hacks I got 10-26FPS average, with hacks it was more like 26-46 average. Graphics glitches are the same with or without hacks.
For whatever reason this game defaults to Japanese text and audio for me, even though I'm running it from a US disc and a US v2.00 BIOS (also defaults to Japanese with a PAL v2.00 BIOS set to English). I had to go into the options menu and set it to English. I ran the game from my DVD drive using my retail game disc.

Intro movie - Full Speed Menu - Full Speed In game - normally around 89 ~ 99 %
(while at battle with Tornberry Spaceship drop to 67~80 % random in few second) Cutscene - around 80 ~ 99%
Speed Drop to 70 ~ 90% while in any place with more then 6 npc on screen.

The purpose this post is to show the Core 2 Quad (2.5 Ghz) able to emulate speed around 99% by using this latest plugin and PCSX2 build beta 1059. Compare to the stable build, average ingame fps is only 70% ~ 80% while run in my pc. Possible the new speed hack make the trick.
(Update: Played in D3D Internal Resolution ( 1980 / 1080 ) not effect the FPS at all .... so now I can play FFXII in 1080p)
In Hardware mode dx9 or dx10 huge fpsslow down, max 2-3,
in software mode dx9,dx10 fps speed up to 10-30 fps, 30fps in small empty zones, 10 fps in larger zones with npc, fight etc.
Sound in game is very slow down.
