You can play with the Tenchu games almost at full speed and without horrible graphical glitches (black fog, gray fog).

Haven't beat it yet, I'm only about an hour in. Game is playing really well so far, the biggest FPS drop is in congested parts of the city and it's probably a 25 fps drop. Other wise there's an occasional 10 drop; it's nothing terrible the game is playable and battles never lag because they're on a separate field. No distortion in the sound, cutscenes do experience some minor graphical glitches but it's nothing to complain about considering how smooth it runs on my low speced pc.

Video

Screens attached, there's some graphical glitches in the screenshots (looks like lines going across some of the models) that doesn't show up in the game. Don't know what happened there.

PC specs / emulator info:

Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2 Ghz CPU
4 GB RAM
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4670 XT 1 GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Screenies taken on PCSX2 SVN r2948 - 3081 (varies), Gsdx SSE41 plugin in D3D10 hardware mode with internal res set to 1920x1080 and texture filtering enabled, SPU2-X with Timestretching, 2x reverb and 5.1 audio expansion. (resized to 1280x720)

Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc (PAL)

Fully Playable, nearly constant full speed, maybe 47-50 FPS by estimate. No graphics bugs or glitches (other than bloom sometimes being out of place in very few occasions). Speedhacks used: 3x EE cycle rate, INTC Spin Detection, Wait Loop Detection, IOP 2x cycle rate, Slight VU cycle stealing, mVU Flag Hack

Ratchet & Clank 3 (PAL)

Playable, fps about 40-50. Heavy scenes may cause drops, and varies per level, but usually pretty smooth, even full speed on some levels like annihilation nation. Slowing down strangely enough doesn't seem to affect sound in this game, the game just goes to slow motion while the sound is still processed normally, which is cool. Has texture issues with distant objects, but it's not major enough to affect gameplay, characters tend to be drawn correctly most of the time. Cutscenes may have delays too if your fps is lower than usual.

Speedhacks used: everything except VU cycle stealing at medium. I haven't played this game with the official 0.97 beta yet, speed and compatibility might be even better there.

Jak 3 (PAL)

Playable, fps about 45-50. Like with R&C 3, heavy scenes may cause drops, and varies per level, but usually the game runs very smoothly, especially out of cities and the wasteland. This game's really starting to look good with the later revisions too, the game has considerably less texture bugs than R&C 3 (though more probs with characters and desert terrain/water Tongue2), and speed is much better too.

Speedhacks used: everything. This game doesn't mind speedhacks at all! Haven't played this one with the official 0.97 beta yet either, might play better there again too...

Serious Sam: The Next Encounter (PAL)

Fully Playable, fairly constant full speed, maybe 45-50 FPS by estimate. The only graphics bug I saw was that sun flares were sometimes visible indoors. Most of the time plays and looks very good, the high resolution really works well in this game. Speedhacks used: 3x EE cycle rate, INTC Spin Detection, Wait Loop Detection, IOP 2x cycle rate, Full VU Cycle Stealing. Also played with the official beta.
