I just got the adapter today and it does work with lilypad. The pressure sensitivity can be verified by by testing the device in the plugin settings. The only draw back to this converter is that it only supports two pressure sensitive buttons apparently. Luckily only like 1% of the few pressure sensitive games there are actually use more than two.
