Problem :

After the first cutscene (the opening cutscene) screen goes totally black.
Tried to use the HW hacks but nothing worked at all. Also tried on Software mode and still no help. Also i got terribile 25fps in-game.

Any help guys ?

Have you tried switching to software mode in game? You can do this by pressing F9. Also you need a better PC/hardware for better performance.

No it's not normal for my PC. I can run other games on full fps with 2x Native Res. 25fps is devastating lag. And i have tried to press F9 software works but it's too slow and gives green screen.

Now what about Emulog? Give me a tutorial to use it and i'll post it.

Try with official version 1.0.0 (r5350) from this site http://pcsx2.net & about emulog it's right side to u'r pcsx2.while game running press esc key on u'r keyboard & save log fle from right side

Edit: Oh and i'm getting CPU usage 98% and GPU usage 40% during gameplay. Is that a bottleneck?

don't load from savestate, load from memcard.
and yes, that EE 98% means your CPU is struggling.

tried with your original DVD instead of iso?
since you are using an SVN, did you try using the stable version 1.0.0 ?
