Problem.

When booting pcsx2, instead of heading on to the game It brought me to this. (refer to screenshot attached). It looked alright but when I selected the disc icon it blackscreened for a few seconds then looped into the same thing again. Is there something I did wrong when creating the ISO? and what?

Use fast boot instead of full boot ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

You may have made an error when creating the iso, then.
Did you try directly with the disc ?
Does this disc work on your ps2 ?
Which game is it btw ?

The game I was playing was Final Fantasy X-2. I was playing literally playing it yesterday and PCS-X2 was working fine, and the only difference I had made between then was uninstalling the DS3-Tool as Motioninjoy was beginning to cause my pc to make unexpected shutdowns. The iso I currently am using is directly from the disc, indirect isos I have created have no better outcome.

The iso looks like it's not UDF.
