Problem Formatting Memcards

Hi, I've had a problem formatting the memcards and I know how to do it, its no disc, fast boot then go to browser. However I cannot do anything in the browser except go back and forth between the disks and cards then head back to the the Main menu

Try doing a full boot instead? Fast boot is intended to skip the BIOS, which is exactly what you do not want in this case.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
