Problem In Starting dragon ball z infinite

First Of All I Would Say I am a newbie i downloaded dragon ball z infinite and opened in PC and i reached the point where we have to start a new game or load old game when i try to open new game the screen attached appears which says cross for confirm and triangle for cancel and anther symbol for select i tried every button but nothing happens please help
