Problem: No Cheats Found

As I said above,as long as pcsx2 find a file named "the game crc.pnach" it will not say "No Cheats Found" no matter what you placed inside or what encoding you used

Looks like your problem is that for some reason,pcsx2 isn't finding the file

its in the right place. When I made the file i used notpad and as i was saving it it asked me what format to save it in ex(unicode ansi). could that mess it up?

That's a possibility, but here among us, download a text editor called notepad++ and use it instead notepad, it's free and a lot better and complete.

I have no clue why but that fixed it thanks every one for for all the help.
