.. Can you tell me pls how to change the video settings or something so that the fmv sequence can be skipped but the game still can go to the loading-screen so me and the fam can get past this?
I even just changed the emulation file to a different download, Beat the game.. Blackout screen.

you mean you updated pcsx2 to latest Dev build ?
That won't change anything if your iso is damaged, unfortunately
