Problem in runing PCSX2 1.4.0 Please Help !!

Hi everyone, I have recently downloaded the new PCSX2 1.4.0 and after installing it whenever I try to run it I get this error "  Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close ".
Can anyone help please ?

My system specs are:
Windows 8.1 64bit Enterprise  
I7 4790K
GTX 970
8gb ram


and i install all of Microsoft Visual  C++ from 2005 to 2015 ( 68 / 64 ) 

and still have this Error

when you downloaded it, did you just extract a 7zip archive (known as a Binary version) or did you have to run an installer?

do you have admin rights ?
did you try to turn off UAC before installing everything ?

You could try Dependency Walker: http://www.dependencywalker.com/
It should tell you what DLL is causing the issue.

I would guess it's a broken or nonexistent vcredist2015 install. Try to repair the x86 version of the visual studio 2015 redist package.
