This is my first time trying to install this emulator so I have no idea what i'm doing. I installed the pcsx2 but when i try to open the application, I keep getting a msvcr120 error even after I installed the msvcr120. I also downloaded the bios thing but I read that it's supposed to be combined with the pcsx2 or something?
????
Please help ;_; i wanna play persona 4

Downloading a bios is illegal

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
