Problem playing DBZ Tenkaichi 3

Hello, could someone also help me. I have been trying to set it up so that I can play DBZ Tenkaichi 3 with my ps4 remote. I have downloaded everything, and everything is all set up, but when I go to start the game up, its like the controller is not set up, but it is, I went to the pad, and set it up, but it still doesn't work. Any help??

If your input device isn't working, it's not a bad idea to post the settings of your input plugin.

There isn't much we can do to help you, if all we know is that it isn't working.
Have you tried other games?
