note: I had pcsx2 before like 5 months and it was working fine but I needed to format the PC

I think the arabic language is the cause for this crash.

From the emulog, coornio may be right.
Delete all the inis, and keep pcsx2 language to english. Then report back.

I can't access the emulator once I click on it crashes and I can't change the language. the one that I downloaded from the link that dr emulator (madmax) gave me worked and it was different than the one I downloaded from the site

#1 is the SVN (after official version which is #2, minus the PGO optimisation which gives you an extra speed boost)
