- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

you'll find the emulog.txt in pcsx2\logs or in my documents\pcsx2\logs
Did you try to disable all speedhacks ?

fps=160, EE=100%
Why did you disable the framelimit and enabled all speedhacks?
FPS should stay constant at the nominal value (50/60 fps). Higher/lower values create synchronization/time-issues. This is different to pc games.
