Problem running NBA 2k4

Everytime I run the game I get stuck at this screen (which is the 1st thing that shows up when starting the game lol)

Does anyone else have this problem with ESPN NBA Basketball (NBA 2k4)?

One time I've gotten past all of the screens before you get to the press start spot, picked teams and started a game but got stuck at a loading screen. Does anyone have any suggestions? Because I can run games such as Tekken 4, in full speed. Thanks...

fps=160, EE=100%

Why did you disable the framelimit and enabled all speedhacks?

FPS should stay constant at the nominal value (50/60 fps). Higher/lower values create synchronization/time-issues. This is different to pc games.
