Problem with Cheats in Kingdom Hearts 2

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad English, but I'm Spanish. I have a problem with the cheats on Kingdom hearts 2. When i put cheats in the Patch finder, and after i enable the patchs, i open the game and i get a window that say "PCSX2 have a problem and it need to close". I have PCSX2 0.9.6 and this configuration:
Graphics - GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSSE3) 0.1.14
Sound - P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0
First & Second Controller - LilyPad 0.9.9
Cdvdrom - Linuzappz Iso CDVD 0.7.0
The other null drivers and an USA v01.60(07/02/2002) Console Bios
I used maxconvert for convert the codes of Action Replay to GS2v3-4 and RAW.

An example of code is this, for transform Sora into Jack of Halloween Town:
D4D8-E6P6-XVXG2 DVZY-A3HU-7A3AQ - Action Replay
11CFAC7C 0000005F - Converted to RAW
1560312E 9470D3BA - Converted to GS2v3-4

3)right click and open it with notepad
4)add your cheats after the lines that are already written
5)save the pnach with the same name

the pal's version crc is C398F477
Locate that pnach and in the first empty line enter your cheats.
I don't know how to make a pnach because I haven't tried so I don't know exactly how to help you.

It's not letting me save the file. It says that my access is denied even though I have admin privileges.
