if your DVD is broken, I guess the image you made from is broken too...
Did you get any error when dumping it ?
what did you use ? imgburn ?

I have downloaded the ISO from *snip* and runned it with PCSX2, but I don't know why I get these white lines on Crash Bandicoot The Wrath of Cortex, searching on the internet I found it's a common issues
