Well, change to DX11 in the plugin first.
And none of the pictures really show me that it's up to date or not. But if you ran the link I posted, it is.

Like I said, that still doesn't mean it's up to date. Just because it says DirectX11. It will say that as soon as you install Windows 7, as it is included.
If you ran the file, then it's up to date.
Anyway, as far as your problem, I really don't know...

Also he's running a 32-bit version of DirectX for no reason. He has Windows 7 64-bit, he should install the 64-bit version of DirectX, it works just fine.
EDIT:
Wait hold on a second, that's listing the version of the DxDiag software not of DirectX.

Oh OK, cool. That explains why my version is '6.03.9600.16384' then. I thought maybe dxdiag versions only varied between OS'es, since I'm running Windows 8.1 and he's running Windows 7.
